FunnyVrGames Inflatable Rental Rules & Restrictions

1. An adult must supervise the FunnyVrGames Inflatable unit at all times.

2. To prevent injuries, NO FLIPS OR OTHER DANGEROUS MANEUVERS are allowed.

3. Ensure that only compatible age groups play in the Inflatable unit at the same time:

   • 4-year-olds: maximum 8

   • 5-8 year olds: maximum 6-8

   • 9-12 year olds: maximum 4-6

   • 13-18 year olds: maximum 3-4

   • Adults: maximum 2-3

4. All users MUST REMOVE SHOES, GLASSES, BALL CAPS, AND ANY SHARP OBJECTS.

5. NO FOOD, DRINK, GUM, CANDY, OR OTHER FOREIGN ARTICLES are allowed in the Inflatable unit or equipment.

6. NO SILLY STRING is allowed in or near the Inflatable.

7. No climbing on the inside or outside walls of the Inflatable.

8. All safety equipment, including helmets, netting, or other protective gear, must be used and in place. (Please refer to our website for updates on required equipment.)

9. We reserve the right to charge an additional $100.00 cleaning fee if the bouncing unit is not returned in the same condition as delivered.

10. In the event of damage to the unit/s, the customer accepts full responsibility for the repair or replacement of the unit and the supplied equipment.

 

FunnyVrGames Exclusion of Liability & Indemnity Agreement

 

Please read this notice and indemnity agreement carefully. FunnyVrGames’s liability is excluded by these conditions.

1. The lessee acknowledges the inherent risks involved in using a Bouncing unit and voluntarily assumes all those risks after being adequately warned by FunnyVrGames.

2. This Rental Agreement supersedes any prior agreements or representations made by FunnyVrGames, its owner, employees, or agents, and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

3. The lessee agrees to pay FunnyVrGames according to the rental rates specified herein.

4. As a condition of using the inflatable unit, the lessee assumes full responsibility for supervising the unit and all risks of personal injury or death resulting from any cause experienced by any user of the unit or equipment, including but not limited to, activities within a confined area, collisions with man-made objects, or other users of the unit or equipment.

5. The lessee indemnifies and holds harmless FunnyVrGames and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims and causes of action, including negligence of the lessee, that may be brought against FunnyVrGames as a result of using the unit or equipment while in the lessee's possession or control.

6. The lessee releases FunnyVrGames, its owners, employees, and agents from all claims related thereto.

7. Any outstanding balances owed to FunnyVrGames may be charged to the lessee's credit card.

BY BOOKING THIS UNIT, THE LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ AND AGREES TO ALL THE PROVISIONS LISTED ABOVE.
